Dr. Kathryn Bunker AuD & Dr. Laura Finazzo AuD, CCC-A
Both Dr. Bunker & Dr. Finazzo are Manhattan natives who love helping people hear better in our community. Dr. Bunker opened Advanced Audiology in 2015. She is a licensed Audiologist who received her Doctorate in Audiology from the University of Kansas in 2013. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology.
Dr. Finazzo joined Advanced Audiology in May of 2022. Dr. Finazzo is also a licensed Audiologist who received her Doctorate of Audiology from the University of Nebraska in 2021. She is a member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
The staff at Advanced Audiology is committed to a high standard of personalized care for each patient and aim to provide this care in a comfortable and friendly environment.
All About Hearing Aids
At Advanced Audiology we are passionate about finding the best fit for your hearing loss. Hearing aids are not “one size fits all.” Advanced Audiology offers a 30-day trial period, where Dr. Bunker & Dr. Finazzo can adjust the hearing aids you choose, or you can even try hearing aids from a different manufacturer. We want every patient to be happy and comfortable with their hearing aids. We work with several manufacturers, mainly Starkey and Oticon, but also ReSound, Phonak and Widex.

Hearing Services We Provide
We provide a comprehensive array of hearing services for patients of all ages – from infants through seniors. Dr. Bunker is an expert in prevention, evaluation, and rehabilitation of hearing impairment. She’s knowledgeable in childhood hearing loss, adult diagnostic procedures, hearing aid selection and repairs, assistive listening technology, and even hearing protection devices for workers and musicians.
