Sarah Wilson

Patient Care Coordinator

Sarah Wilson, Patient Care Coordinator, answers the phones, schedules appointments, greets patients when they come into the clinic and is happy to troubleshoot problems when needed. Communication is a huge part of Sarah’s job and she loves chatting with patients and getting to know them in addition to helping them. Sarah has years of customer service experience from her time in retail and implements those skills daily to help patients and provide a welcoming atmosphere at the clinic. Sarah is relatively new to Advanced Audiology and spent 12 years previously managing a bookstore. She is a Kansas native and has lived in Manhattan since she graduated from Kansas State University. “A word after a word after a word is power.”—Margaret Atwood. Sarah thinks communication, whether through written word or talking to someone in person, is a fundamental part of building relationships with people. Sarah enjoys spending time with her friends and family and reading. She also enjoys a good cup of coffee. Or four. It depends on the day.
