About Us

At Advanced Audiology, we feel strongly that our job is to educate you as much as possible on your hearing loss and provide you with enough information on your options so that you can make the decision that is best for you.

Hearing is very personal and can affect many areas of your life. It is our goal to get to know you well enough to understand which situations you struggle in the most and which are the most important for improved hearing. This helps us establish a set of goals as we move forward.

We encourage you to bring significant others or family members with you to your appointments. In our line of work, the more sets of ears the better! It also helps us to get to know the people that care about you the most, so we can all work together towards your goals.

Unfortunately, patients sometimes come to our office with a negative perception of hearing aids. Please don’t make someone else’s experience your own. Every person’s hearing loss is different, and each person has different needs. Let us reassure you that if there is ANYTHING you do not like about the hearing aids you are trying, we have several options to address the issue. Whether it is an issue with the sound or fit, we have several tricks up our sleeve to make improvements. If the hearing aids don’t work for you, that doesn’t work for us! We also work with several manufacturers, so if we need to change companies because of a difficulty to adjust to one company’s sound, we can easily do so during the 30-day trial period.

Advanced Audiology looks forward to working with you! If you have any questions or concerns at any point in the process, please contact us at 785-320-7388.
